Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Programs & ServicesThe Partnership for a Healthy Community includes a variety of experts to support suicide prevention in the tri-county. Education and Trainings for Adults: Mental Health First Aid: This 8-hour extensive evidence-based mental health training is intended for adults ages 18 and older. This training will provide participants with skills to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. You can learn more about Mental Health First Aid here. QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training: This 1-to-2-hour gatekeeper training will equip adults ages 18 and older with skills to help a person who may be expressing signs of depression or thoughts of suicide. You can learn more about QPR here. VA S.A.V.E. Training: Suicide Prevention training to help a Veteran who may be in crisis. Don't see what you're looking for?
